Dr. Jones Hosts Symposium Exploring Women in Post-Revolutionary Tunisia
Dr. Cathy Jones hosted a multi-day symposium on women in post-revolutionary Tunisia, in memory of Dr. Nabiha Jerad. Dr. Jerad, a professor from the University of Tunis, was a two-time Fulbright scholar. She worked with Converse students for more than a decade after forming a bond with our school following an on-campus speaking engagement.
The event was partially sponsored by the Converse College National Endowment for the Humanities Committee.
