Accolades abound for Susan Wines ’08

Susan Wines ’08 graduated with a Bachelors of Music in Instrumental Music Education from Converse. She now teaches Band & Strings at Ralph Chandler Middle School in Simpsonville, SC and teaches private bass lessons. In addition to teaching, she is an adjudicator for Solo & Ensemble Festival; a guest speaker and mentor for pre-service teachers; and a guest conductor at several Summer Music Camps in the Mid-West and Southeast regions.  Susan has also been recognized as a WYFF Golden Apple Teacher Award Recipient as well as Teacher of the Year at both Ralph Chandler Middle School and Woodmont High School.
