In a recent January Term trip, Converse students experienced the rainforests of Costa Rica while studying the environmental literature with Professor Templeton, the economics of adventure tourism with Professor Young, and the biological diversity, ecology, and environmental science of Costa Rica with Dr. Jensen. Activities included ziplines and sea kayaking, as well as volunteer work with the Green Iguana Project and a local school.
