Cross Country All-Stars on NCAA All-Academic Team
The Cross Country All-Stars have been selected by the NCAA Division-II Cross Country Coaches Association as a member of the All-Academic Team for 2004.
To be selected, teams had to have a combined grade point average through the fall season of at least a 3.0. Team members are Mary Cloonan ’07, Regina Davis ’05, Sally Dunbar ’08, Samantha Greenidge ’06, and Megan Pearce ’06. Together, they had a combined average of 3.13 through the fall season.
Also, Cloonan and Pearce were selected as two of the 166 female NCAA D-II Cross Country Coaches Association All-Academic Athletes of 2004. They qualified by having at least a 3.25 cumulative grade point average and by placing in the top 30% of the total number of athletes eligible to compete in the regional meet.
