The Converse Alumni Recruitment and Retention Effort (CARRE) is composed of volunteers who are interested in recruiting new students. Our alumni are critical to ensuring that new generations have the opportunity to experience our University.
Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee
The Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee (DEIC) was formed to create, support, and sustain alumni communities that reflect the diversity of our alumni population reinforcing a mutual respect for each other and a sense of belonging and purpose within our collective Converse community. The Committee is charged with creating opportunities for meaningful connections to be made among Converse alumni of diverse experiences across generations to support a strong and inclusive Converse community.
The Recognition Committee of the Alumni Association Board governs the procedures for the nomination of recipients for the annual Alumni Achievement awards. These awards are presented each year during Reunion Weekend.
CAC (Connecting Alumni to Converse)
The Connecting Alumni to Converse (CAC) Committee works closely with the Office of Alumni Relations in building regional Converse Chapters and in soliciting alumni for engagement with the university. The committee also serves as a resource in identifying alumni who can participate via financial contribution, service to the university, and other engagement and involvement.
