Keshia Jackson Gilliam ’05 Joins CUPA-HR SC Committee

Dr. Keshia Jackson Gilliam ’05, Associate Vice President and Director of Human Resources, has been selected as a 2026-2027 Committee Member for the national College and University Professional Association for Human Resources (CUPA-HR) South Carolina chapter.

CUPA-HR South Carolina is a dedicated group of higher education HR leaders who direct the chapter’s mission of connection, learning and impact across the state.

Dr. Jackson previously served as Director of the online Master in Management (MiM) Professional Leadership Program (PLP) and the Doctorate in Professional Leadership Program at Converse University.

She was Converse University’s 2023 recipient of the Mae Elizabeth Kilgo Spirit of Converse Award. Dr. Jackson advocates for higher education and encourages anyone interested in pursuing their educational dreams to persevere, and believes their dreams will come to fruition.
