“This program kept me at Converse!  I knew I wanted to work in the non-profit field after I graduated college, and I knew I wanted to graduate from Converse, which did not have a related program. So I took some initiative and created a major that catered to my needs in business, as well as in areas of interest (women’s studies and philosophy).  Also, creating your own major shows future employers your drive and dedication to find the things you want out of a situation.”
