Volleyball Victorious in Tight Season Opener

The All-Stars volleyball team won their season opener Wednesday night in a tough 5 game match against Columbia College. The All-Stars lost games one and three with scores of 27-30 and 32-34 respectively. They pulled out the second, fourth and fifth games with scores of 30-19, 30-10, and 16-14.

Sophomore Arah Javdam-Inalloo led the team with 19 kills, while Lauren Mueller, Monica Wallace, and Leslie Shain each contributed 10 kill each. Monica Wallace also led the team with 26 defensive digs.

The Lady All-Stars travel to Tusculum this weekend for their first tournament. They will be back in action at PAC on Monday September 6th at 7pm.
