Dr. DeLapp Judges Clemson-Milliken & Company Ethics Competition
Dr. Kevin DeLapp served as a judge at the Clemson University-Milliken & Company Ethics Competition in March.
In addition, he had a paper on the early Jesuit reception of Confucianism accepted for presentation at the South Carolina Society for Philosophy.
Dr. DeLapp was also accepted to the Council of Independent Colleges’ seminar on “New Currents in Teaching Philosophy,” generously supported by the Andrew W. Mellon Foundation. “New Currents in Teaching Philosophy” is designed to unite philosophy instructors at small liberal arts colleges and introduce them to a group of highly innovative, field-tested philosophy courses, through intensive, collaborative sessions. His participation in the institute will provide Converse with a grant to support curricular activities.
