Dr. Erturk and Alumnae Present at Integrative Omics Conference
Dr. Neval Erturk presented a poster titled, “Changes in the Gene Expression of Albino Wistar Rat Livers by Ophiocordyceps sinensis and Ganodernum lucidum,” at the Integrative Omics Conference organized by National Center for Genome Resources in Santa Fe, New Mexico. Emily Parker ’18 (Nisbet Honors) and Julia Campbell ’18 (Nisbet Honors) were coauthors on this presentation.
Emily Walker ’18, Alexandar Giep (STARS program alumni 2016-2018) and Dr. Erturk also presented a poster titled “Effects of Ganoderma lucidum extracts on the viability and migration of cancerous vs. non-cancerous breast cancer cell lines” at the conference.
