Professor Hurlbut along with Senior Art Therapy students Nicole Campbell, Drea Kelley, and Laura Slade, and Don Scott (Visiting Scholar) had their research accepted for presentation at the 47th Annual American Art Therapy Association Conference to be held in Baltimore, MD July 6-10, 2016. The presentation is titled “Art and Cognition: A Study of Receptive and Creative Art Tasks using EEG Measures.” This research was partially funded by a Summer Research Grant for 2015. They have also submitted this research for the SC Upstate Research Symposium.
