Embracing Converse’s Student-Oriented Biology Curriculum: Belda Thomas ’08
Belda Thomas ′08 is pursuing a doctor of Pharmacy degree at Wingate University. She says, “I fell in love with the school’s philosophy on the pharmacists of tomorrow. They have a patient oriented philosophy, with similar training to what doctors receive in medical school and clinical rotations that start in the first year. They also have a student oriented curriculum, similar to what I am comfortable with at Converse College.”
