Theatre/Converse will present Naomi Izikas Language of Angels Jan. 19-20 and Jan. 24-27 in Hazel B. Abbott Theatre, which is on the second floor of Wilson Hall. Curtain times are 8 p.m. each evening except for the Sunday Jan. 21 performance which begins at 2 p.m.
Set in the cave country of North Carolina, Language of Angels is based on a series of eerie ghost stories surrounding the vanishing of a young girl into one of the caves, the following investigation into her disappearance, and the fate of her friends who survive her. The production incorporates the ghostly structure of the classical Japanese Noh play.
