President Betsy Fleming Talks Converse Creativity on Statewide Radio Program

On September 8, Converse President Betsy Fleming was the featured guest on South Carolina Educational Radio’s highly-rated “Speaking of Schools” program with host Doug Keel.

“Speaking of Schools” is supported by the South Carolina Department of Education and broadcast at 6:30 Monday evenings over ETV radio stations in Greenville/Spartanburg (90.1), Columbia, (91.3), and Charleston (89.3).

During the September 8 edition, President Fleming spoke about the college’s creativity initiative, which is designed to make the name Converse synonymous with creativity and community and become the institution that leads in the promotion and application of creativity across all disciplines and organizations (from the arts to science and business) and that builds community by producing engaged community leaders.
