Jenn Bell Receives Distinguished Alumni Achievement Award from Coker University
Converse University Associate Vice President and Director of Athletics Jenn Bell has been honored by her alma mater, Coker University, with the 2026 Distinguished Alumni Achievement Award. This award highlights graduates whose careers and service reflect the impact of the Coker community across South Carolina and beyond.
Bell, who earned a Master of Science in College Athletic Administration in 2015 at Coker, will be recognized for her leadership and contributions in athletics during the institution’s Alumni Day celebration on April 18 in Hartsville, SC.
Bell has spent more than three decades in collegiate athletics as a student-athlete, coach, and administrator. Now in her eighth year as Director of Athletics at Converse, she has overseen the expansion of the athletics department and helped guide the institution’s transition to a coeducational athletics model.
During her tenure, Converse teams have earned conference championships, national tournament appearances, and the Conference Carolinas Body, Mind & Soul Dr. Alan Patterson Cup for overall excellence in academics, athletics, and sportsmanship.
