Converse to Hold Fifth Annual Valkyries Golf Tournament

The Converse University Athletics Department will hold its fifth annual Converse University Valkyries Golf Tournament on Friday, October 17, 2025, at The Carolina Country Club in Spartanburg, South Carolina.

Converse Athletics is a rapidly growing program with tremendous momentum. This annual fundraiser will benefit more than 400 Converse University student-athletes as they compete at the NCAA Division II level.

This year the Golf Tournament has added both a title and elite sponsorship level. At the title level, the sponsor will receive their name/company name on marketing materials and advertising in the Weisiger Center, signage and digital recognition at the golf tournament and on the athletics website. The title sponsor level will also receive two complete teams, a single hole sponsorship, adidas gear, plus special gifts and recognition at the tournament. 

The elite sponsor level will receive digital recognition on the athletics website, two complete teams, a single hole sponsorship at the tournament, adidas gear, and special gifts and recognition at the tournament.  

Participants are limited and early registration is encouraged. The deadline for registration is Friday, October 10, 2025.
