95 Student-Athletes Receive D2 ADA Academic Awards
The Division 2 Athletics Directors Association (D2 ADA) has announced the 2024-25 recipients of the D2 ADA Academic Achievement Awards. 95 Student-Athletes from Converse University have been named to the list.
The Academic Achievement Awards is a program that recognizes the academic accomplishments of student-athletes at the Division II level in NCAA championship sponsored sports.
In order to be named to the list a student athlete must have a 3.5 Grade Point Average (GPA) or higher. The student-athlete must have completed four semesters of college level work at the institution and they must have been an active member of an intercollegiate team.
This year the D2 ADA recognized a record breaking 22,756 student-athletes to the list and over 202 institutions were recognized nation-wide. As an institution, Converse finished tied for fourth with 95 selections.
Converse University Director of Intercollegiate Athletics Jenn Bell served as the 2nd Vice President for the Division 2 Athletics Directors Association (D2 ADA) for the 2024-25 membership year. Bell will become the 1st Vice President in 2025-26 and will be the President during the 2026-27 membership year.
