All-Stars head to Coastal this weekend

Spartanburg, SC – The Converse All-Stars head to Conway, SC to take on Coastal Carolina this Saturday at 5pm. This is the only Division 1 opponent on the Converse schedule and the All-Stars face a daunting task against a team on a four game winning-streak including a 7 point win over the College of Charleston and a 48 point victory against Coker College.

The Chanticleers are 7-2 on the season and undefeated at home with a 5-0 record ahead of the visit from Converse. The All-Stars are 2-14 on the season and are on a rigorous stretch of games facing Queens University, Presbyterian College, Coastal Carolina and Coker College within an 8 day period.

The All-Stars are led ins coring by Lauren Mueller (Foley, AL)with 11.3 ppg.
