All-Star Cross Country

The All-Star cross country team has added 6 new runners to its squad for 2005-2006.

Anne Fagge hails from High Point, N.C., and has run a 5K in 22:00.

Brooke Franklin from Blue Ridge High School in Greer, S.C., comes to Converse with a P.R. of 20:45 for 5K.

Elly MacPhail comes from Spartanburg High School in Spartanburg, S.C. with a P.R. of 19:30 for 5K.

Sarah Powell is from Woodruff High School in Woodruff, S.C., and she has run 22:40 for 5K.

Julie Seils comes to Converse from Pickens High School in Pickens, S.C., and has run 21:05 for 5K.

Betsy Ruppert is from Wapakoneta High School. She has been a member of the varsity cross country and track teams for the past four years. She has run the 800M, the 1600M, and the 3200M. She holds the school record mile at 5 minutes and 22 seconds.
