Converse Volleyball on Four Game Winning Streak

Converse All-Stars proved themselves in a tough match up against Belmont Abbey Tuesday night and came out victorious. Seniors Tia Felder (Cayce, SC) and Katie Boyd (Chesnee, SC) showed their true leadership qualities and contributed 19 kills and 19 digs respectively. Freshman Lauren Mueller (Foley, AL) had a season-high 18 kills, while freshman Brittney Ogez also had a season-high 52 assists. This puts Converse at 18-15 on the season, heading into their last three games. The All-Stars next match up comes on Saturday in a Tri-Match including Brenau and Columbia College. Converse Volleyball wraps up the season Nov. 11 at home in a match against Presbyterian College at 7 pm. Come out and support the team and wish the seniors well on Senior Night!!
