Volleyball Defeats Montreat College

Sophomore outside Leslie Shain (Joliet, IL) had a team high 13 kills on Saturday night as the Converse College Volleyball team defeated Montreat College 30-24, 28-30, 30-23, 30-20. Freshman Lauren Mueller (Foley, AL) and Senior Tia Felder contributed 12 and 11 kills in the middle hitter position. Freshman setter Brittney Ogez added 43 assists in the win. This victory places Converse at the 12-12 mark on the season. Converse will face North Greenville Oct. 7th at 7:00pm at Converse College.
