The Converse All Stars defeated the Coker Cobras last night in four games. After losing the first game 30-28, Converse turned the momentum around and won three straight; 30-24, 30-22, 30-24. Erin Knifer (Spartanburg, SC) had a standout game with a career-high 18 kills. Freshman setter Brittany Ogez (Tulsa, OK) contributed 48 assists in the big win. Lauren Mueller had 11 kills and 7 blocks to add to the victory, while Tia Felder added 10 kills and 5 blocks. This win puts Converse at 11-12 on the season. They will travel to Montreat on this Saturday and play at 7:15.
