Dr. Case Wins 2023 ChemLuminary Award
As part of a collaboration between the Western Carolinas and Carolina-Piedmont Local Sections of the American Chemical Society (ACS), Dr. Will Case’s team won a ChemLuminary Award for Best Activity or Program Highlighting Change. The award was presented at the American Chemical Society National Meeting.
This partnership between the Western Carolinas and Carolina-Piedmont sections explores ways to promote student chemistry chapters at respective institutions. They also co-hosted a “Creating Successful Student Chapters” Workshop for faculty and student leaders from 10 colleges and universities.
