Master in Management in Professional Leadership
The Master in Management in Professional Leadership (MIM) at Converse is a 30-hour, fully-online program that provides a comprehensive grounding in professional leadership development for the purpose of career enhancement. Doctorate in Professional Leadership
The Doctorate in Professional Leadership (EdD) at Converse is a 60-hour doctoral program designed for individuals across a variety of fields who seek a terminal degree. This degree will focus on the application of leadership in a variety of contexts and is appropriate for individuals in a broad range of professional roles.

Accomplish in 3 years or less:
- MIM: Your 30-hour degree path for the MIM in Professional Leadership will begin in the fall of the academic year, and span five semesters (Fall, Spring, Summer, Fall, Spring) of six credit hours per academic semester. The fully-online coursework allows students the flexibility to continue working while completing the program.
- EdD: The Doctorate in Professional Leadership (EdD) at Converse is designed for working professionals who are available to dedicate one night a week throughout the academic year and several days each summer session to create and maintain a cohort support group and contact with a faculty mentor. This schedule along with the embedded dissertation means your degree can be completed in three years.
