Fall Convocation brings the Converse community together to formally celebrate the new academic year. Previously known as Opening Convocation, this annual tradition will take place in Twichell Auditorium on Friday, September 18, 2026, at 11:30 a.m.
Lunch will be served for all guests immediately following the ceremony in Gee Dining Hall.
Classes will be dismissed between 10:30 AM to 2:30 PM so that all members of our campus community can celebrate this time-honored tradition.
