2024 Virtual Speaker Series Featuring Professor Rick Mulkey

The Friends of Theodore Roethke Foundation Speakers Series, Conversations with Writers about their Influences and Models, will feature Associate Professor of English, Director of Creative Writing, Director of the MFA, Professor Rick Mulkey.
Mulkey will discuss the lyric form that drew him to poetry, discuss the works of several poets, and examine their influence on his work, including poems by James Wright, Seamus Heaney, Linda Gregg, and Albert Goldbarth. Q&A will follow.
