Marissa Haben

Marissa holds an Associate’s Degree from Spartanburg Community College and has served in various roles within the Human Resources Office at Converse University since 2006. Throughout her career, she has been committed to being a positive, dependable, and approachable resource for faculty and staff.

Prior to joining Converse, Marissa spent seven years as the Executive Assistant for a multi-location chiropractic practice, where she gained valuable experience in administration, organization, and supporting both employees and leadership.

Marissa is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), a commissioned Notary Public, and CPR certified. She is also actively involved in her church, where she serves as the nursery coordinator.

A lifelong resident of the Boiling Springs area, Marissa lives with her husband and their five cats. Together, they have four children and one granddaughter, who keeps them happily busy!
