Lattimore comes to Spartanburg with over a decade worth of coaching experience ranging from high school, college and the professional levels. Most recently, Lattimore was the head coach for the Svendborg Rabbits, a professional basketball team located in Denmark. In his lone season at the helm of the Rabbits, Lattimore guided the squad to a fifth-place finish and a 10-9 overall record.

Prior to his professional stint in Denmark, Lattimore was a high school coach at both Owen (2021-2022) and Havelock High School (2019-2021) over a four-year period. Prior to coaching at the prep level, Lattimore spent a combined four seasons as the Associate head coach at Cape Fear Community College (June 2013 – May 2016 and May 2017-July 2018). While at Cape Fear, Lattimore helped the team to an 88-39 record, 3 NJCAA National Tournament appearances, 3 regular season conference championships and 3 conference tournament championships.

In his one season away from Cape Fear, Lattimore was an assistant coach at Lenoir-Rhyne University from May 2016 to June 2017. Prior to his time at Cape Fear, Lattimore was a graduate assistant coach at UNC Wilmington from May 2011 to June 2013. Lattimore graduated with a M.A. in History from UNC Wilmington in June of 2013 and a B.S. in History/Secondary Education from Appalachian State in December of 2010.

Lattimore is a native of Shelby, NC and a Shelby High School alum.
