Reunion FAQs

• Registration is open from 1 PM to 4 PM on April 24, 2026, on the front porch of Wilson/Main Hall. At this time, swag bags and tumblers will be given to guests who purchased them.
• If you arrive after 4:00 PM on Friday, April 24, you can pick up your registration packet in Lee Parlor through 2:00 pm on Saturday.
•  Your name tag will serve as your ticket, with color-coding that shows which events you’ve purchased and to which you have entry. There will be check-in stations at each paid event to confirm pre-purchase of a given experience.

Unfortunately, due to limited staffing and fixed event arrangements, we cannot offer day-of purchases at Reunion.

• We encourage carpooling and using services such as Lyft/Uber or taxis due to limited parking and in the interest of sustainability.
• Please refer to the parking and vehicle info webpage for further details about parking and our campus map.
• All parking spots outlined by white paint are reserved for guest use and can be found in the Fairview, Weisiger, Montgomery, Peterkin Rd. and Carmichael lots.
• Parking on campus is limited and certain areas have been posted as handicapped, no-parking, or reserved. Please do not park in these designated areas.

• If you need mobility assistance and did not indicate this via registration, please send a message to alumnievent@converse.edu and make “Reunion 2026 Special Assistance” the subject of your email so we can prioritize it accordingly.
• In your email, please include your name, your cell phone number, and which events you plan to attend throughout the weekend. This way, we can coordinate our designated transportation to accommodate and prioritize requests as much as possible.

• Many of our events include alcoholic beverages for our guests’ enjoyment. However, please be mindful that we will be sharing the campus with students during the semester.
• The University reserves the right to check IDs when serving alcoholic beverages, and alcohol needs to remain within the venue in which it is served. Under South Carolina state law, people younger than 21 may not purchase or be served alcoholic beverages.
• The University requests that all alumni and their guests conform to the spirit and the letter of the law.

We do not offer on-campus accommodations.
