Uprooting the Performer: Music in Motion

This event will explore performance approaches that breakthrough traditional performance practice restrictions. Performers, including various Converse students and faculty, will be moving, interacting, and using different spaces during the recital. Featuring works by W.A. Mozart, Eric Ewazen, Jenni Brandon, Rebecca Clarke, and more. This event is free and open to the public.

This project is funded by Converse University through a C3 (Creativity, Collaboration, Community) Grant, and is directed by Melissa Owens, Valerie MacPhail, and Courtney LeBauer.
