Taylor Casey

Taylor (Onkst) Casey has a Bachelor of Arts in Educational Studies from Millersville University, Pennsylvania. Her unique degree allows her to understand the concept of education and how to apply it in a variety of settings. She moved from Pennsylvania to Charleston, SC in 2020 and relocated to Spartanburg in 2023.

She previously worked in management, hospitality, and a variety of administrative and marketing roles. Taylor is an Academic Advisor for Sports & International Business Administration concentrations and she assists the Department of Student Development & Success to advise incoming freshman and transfers. She is part of the Orientation Team, assisting in the planning of Orientation Leader Training and events and programming during Welcome Week! She also is a support for Valkyrie Supply, the student needs hub on campus.

In her free time she enjoys sunny days by the water, reading, a variety of art and crafts, and spending time with her husband & their cats (Momo & Piglet).
