Tammy Stokes

Tammy was born and raised in Spartanburg. She’s a first generation college student with a passion for encouraging all students to complete their undergraduate degree. She has a BA in Communications/Journalism from USC Upstate and an MA in Higher Education (concentration in Adult and Developmental Education) from Appalachian State University. Her hobbies include spending time on the lake with her husband, David and their two children, Jack and Katy. The one thing she enjoys most about working at Converse is having the opportunity to make a difference in someone else’s life—it’s never too late to return to college!
