Jason Ford

I am excited to join Converse University as a Campus Safety Officer. I hold an Associate of Arts degree in Music Business Management from The Art Institute of Atlanta, and throughout my career I have gained valuable experience across several fields.

I had the opportunity to work as a Studio Manager at WBTV in Charlotte, where I developed skills in broadcasting and media management. I also spent 14 years as a Distance Education Video Specialist at Gaston College, supporting the college’s mission of providing accessible education through technology. Most recently, I have more than 10 years of experience in the personal protection industry, where I strengthened my leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Outside of work, I am the proud father of two wonderful sons. I enjoy playing golf and spending quality time with my family. I also serve as a Volunteer Sergeant with the Hilltop Fire District.

I look forward to bringing my experience, dedication, and commitment to safety to the Converse University community and contributing to the well-being of its students, faculty, and staff.
