Domanie Elmer believes that kindness, service, and meaningful relationships make a difference. With more than 20 years of experience in healthcare, education, and customer service, she has focused on supporting others and creating positive experiences.

As the Student Accounts Coordinator at Converse University, Domanie values building positive relationships with students and families while providing support and guidance along the way.
A California native now living in South Carolina, Domanie is married and the proud mother of three children and recently welcomed a daughter-in-law to the family. She values time spent with family and friends.

Outside of work, Domanie enjoys traveling, attending concerts, exploring new places, and embracing new adventures whenever possible.

Her personal motto is simple: Be kind, work hard, and enjoy the journey.
