Pamela Greenway

Pamela earned a B.A. from Queens University of Charlotte and a Master’s in Management degree from Converse University. Before joining Converse in 2013, she spent much of her career in the banking and mortgage industries, where she developed a talent for keeping things running smoothly. Prior to working in the President’s Office, she spent time in the Business Office and the Financial Planning Department.

As Spartanburg natives, Pamela and her husband, Clary, enjoy being part of the Sparkle City community. Their daughter is a proud Red Devil, having graduated from Converse in 2025, making the Converse connection a true family affair.

Pamela values her faith, and outside of work she enjoys trying new recipes in the kitchen, baking, laughing a bit too loudly with family and friends, and touting her small dog on all of her adventures.
