Kristina has several years of experience in fundraising, event planning and community development in various nonprofit settings from food banks to community outreach and working with the Religious Society of Friends. At Converse, she works alongside the Philanthropy team for the Converse Annual Fund and plans Converse’s 24-hour day of giving, Rock the Tower.

Kristina is a graduate of UNC Greensboro where she obtained a Bachelors of Science degree in Recreation and Park Management with a concentration in Community Recreation and Event Planning. She also received her Masters in Management Degree from Converse University. A Pennsylvania native, but calls North Carolina home, Kristina is enjoying life in Spartanburg with her husband Andrew, their son Alex and their boxer rescue, Minnie.
