Jacqueline C. Bielevicz was raised in Tampa, Florida, and moved to Spartanburg in 2011 to begin her freshman year at Converse College. During her undergraduate studies, Jackie was extensively involved in student leadership opportunities. She received her bachelor’s degree in Art History and returned for her Master of Arts in Teaching, which she completed in 2017.
After graduating with her master’s, Jackie taught in the elementary classroom for four years, serving underprivileged students in the Spartanburg area. She also coached high school lacrosse during that time. Jackie returned to the Converse community to pursue her aspirations in higher education.
Jackie is the Director of Student Activities and Assistant Director of Residential Life at Converse, where she advises student clubs and organizations and oversees Fleming residence hall’s operation.
Jackie is a proud Valkyrie who lives with her dog Lolly. She enjoys watching and playing sports, seeing musicals, and volunteering to help others in her free time. Continuing her education, Jackie anticipates graduating with her EdD in professional leadership from Converse in May of 2022.
