Dr. Jessica Williams was accepted to participate in the Preparation for Industrial Careers in Mathematics program hosted by the Mathematical Association of America.

Dr. Williams and her research collaborators were awarded a competitive Research Experiences for Undergraduate Faculty Continuation Grant from the American Institute of Mathematics for a week-long meeting this summer at the Institute for Computational and Experimental Research in Mathematics at Brown University. The group will continue work on a project started in 2017 on using graph theory to find optimal design strategies for self-assembling DNA nanostructures.
