In our unwavering pursuit of excellence, we will also strive to make Converse an engine for transformation in our community, state, and nation. 

In the coming months, we will be sharing with you, our most dedicated Converse supporters, our roadmap to intentionally investing in the resources our campus needs to thrive. This is the cornerstone to ensuring that the next generation of leaders experience the power of a Converse education — now and forever.

BUILDING OUR ROADMAP

Our first step was to thoughtfully and strategically engage our Converse champions to gather insights and test key ideas to chart a course forward that reflects what our community truly cares about. Many of your goals are aligned with our Strategic Vision Plan and Converse’s mission of student empowerment.

Based on these insights, we have identified the following opportunities to intentionally connect our campus to the resources it needs to thrive.

Expanding Graduate Programs: With identified growth potential in graduate offerings, Converse can attract a more diverse student body.

Strengthening Career Services: Focusing on career outcomes and alumni networking can enhance student satisfaction and attract prospective students.

Capital Campaigns & Major Gifts: Ongoing fundraising efforts present opportunities for substantial financial growth.

Corporate & Community Partnerships: Strengthening ties with local businesses and organizations can lead to increased internships, job placements, and philanthropic support.
