Greene states\, “This exhibition catalyzes a dialogue regarding young black men who are either going through adolescence or exhibiting the scars from their survival. These depictions\, which give the viewer an intimate and sympathetic look into the lives of people who might not look like themselves\, show how art has the power to speak to all people.”\n \n“This exhibition catalyzes a dialogue regarding young black men who are either going through adolescence or exhibiting the scars from their survival.” \nGreene is a self-taught artist whose development of his painterly style has been aided by media such as manga and animation.
