Recognition
The Michigan History Magazine honors Harriet Quimby as being a native to the state of Michigan. The Michigan Historic Society has desinated Harriet's childhood home as a State Historical Site. Many colleges, such as Converse College, honor Harriet Quimby and her accomplishments during their Women's History Month Celebrations.
