Reunion Giving

Converse Reunion Weekend is a special time to reunite with your classmates and friends, to explore our beautiful campus and to once again experience the rich traditions of our history.

Honor this special time by making a reunion gift. When alumnae give to the Converse Annual Fund, you express your desire to help today’s students and show your appreciation for the College and your connection to your classmates. This tradition of giving connects Converse women across generations.

In addition to a gift to the Converse Annual Fund, your reunion gift may provide support for a capital project, a new program or the endowment.

The Converse Annual Fund

When you donate to the Converse Annual Fund, your support addresses special needs, scholarships and assists with unexpected opportunities.

Capital Projects

Dedicated to building the future of Converse, as well as preserving the buildings of our past, our capital projects include enhancing student housing, advancing our commitment to sustainability through capital projects designed to meet LEED standards and assuring campus-wide implementation of the latest technologies.

Endowment Opportunities

As a permanent fund with a portion of its earnings that serve as income for the College, endowment gifts are the foundation for the financial health of the institution.

Program Support

From funding study-travel opportunities to developing student-faculty research projects to supporting student life initiatives, program support is vital to the future of our students.

“It’s a Class Act” Awards

The “It’s a Class Act” awards are given to two classes: the class that raises the most money for the Converse Annual Fund and the class that has the highest participation of giving to the Converse Annual Fund. Every gift counts, no matter the size, and adds to the total alumnae participation rate in the Converse Annual Fund effort. When taken together, gifts to the Converse Annual Fund comprise one of our most significant sources of support.

The Pink Panther and Red Devil Bell Award

The Pink Panther/Red Devil Bell Award recognizes the group of alumnae reunion classes, either the Pink Panthers or the Red Devils, who raise the most money during the fiscal year leading up to reunion. To determine the winner of the Pink Panther/Red Devil Bell Award, all gifts received by the reunion classes will be tallied together, by class mascot.
