Converse College Volleyball Hosts Annual Camp
Spartanburg, SC – The Valkyries’ volleyball team hosts its annual camp for up and coming 6th through 8th graders. The camp, entering its fourth year, will be directed by NCAA Head Coach Regina Schantz and assisted by Coach Candace Robertson and Valkyries players.
The camp has two sessions, running July 19th – 20th and July 28th – July 29th from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Although attendees are asked to bring their own lunches, camp T-shirts and afternoon snacks will be provided. It will be held at the Weisiger Gym on Converse Campus (321 N. Fairview Ave, Spartanburg, SC).
Coach Schantz has led some of the premier club teams in South Carolina to impressive heights, capturing the divisional championship at regionals and finishing tenth in the region. In addition, she has helped produce one of the top blockers in NCAA Division II Volleyball.
