Registration

We are expecting a fabulous turnout at Converse’s Reunion 2012. Please help us make your return to campus an enjoyable one by registering no later than FRIDAY, APRIL 13, 2012.

It is essential that all alumnae and guests formally register to participate in any facet of Reunion Weekend.


Fees

Registration fee for the Class of 2011 is $20. Registration for all other classes is $40. All alumnae participating in Reunion Weekend MUST pay the registration fee. A late fee of $10 will be added to each registration received AFTER April 13. The registration fee is non-refundable and covers the costs of printing, postage, rental fees, and other miscellaneous items for the weekend.

Guests do not pay a registration fee.

The Founder’s Day Luncheon on Friday, April 27 is open to all alumnae and friends. Lunch is complimentary for the Class of 1962, as the newest members of the Golden Club.


Refund Policy

The $40 registration fee is non-refundable and covers the costs of printing, postage, rental fees, flowers and other miscellaneous items for the weekend. Fees for events/meals are refundable up until April 13. After April 13 no refunds for events/meals will be made. This does not include fees for class dinners, which are handled by the class representatives for each class.


Accommodations

Converse has reserved a block of rooms for Converse alumnae at the Marriott, Spartanburg Conference Hotel at Renaissance Park. It is located at 299 North Church Street, Spartanburg. The phone number is 1.800.321.2211 or 864.596.1211. Please call to make your reservation and be sure to tell them you are a Converse alumna in order to reserve rooms at the Converse reunion rate. Please make your reservation by Thursday, April 5th. You can also reserve your room online.


Video Stories

Over the course of the weekend, videographers will be asking reunion attendees to share their memories and experiences for all to share. We hope all will participate and enjoy the experience and help Converse preserve much of her rich history.
