application requirements and deadlines. Click the degree on the menu on

2. Print and complete the application and personal
statement.
Print the application and supplemental forms for admission. An
application file is not complete unless the required personal
statement has been submitted.
3. Submit application and $40.00 application fee to:

4. The Graduate Admissions Committee meets nearly every month to admit new
graduate students.
Meeting dates for the 2007-08 academic year are listed below.
Deadline for all application materials to be received in the
Graduate Studies office is one week prior to each meeting date.
