Students agree that the residence halls at
Converse are
more than places to sleep. They are places to
develop friendships, have fun, share
spirit, and
learn about other people.
Undergraduate Community Advisors (CAs) live on each residence hall floor and
serve as peer advisors and program coordinators. Graduate and Converse II
students serve as Resident Counselors (RCs). Assistant Directors (AD) of Residential Life are professional staff with master's degrees who also live as the RCs do in a residence hall to handle the overall administration
of the residence halls. They can help you with room keys, maintenance requests,
other facilities–related needs, or personal concerns. The Director of Residential
Life is a full–time professional staff member in the Office of Campus Life and
is available to help with your overall residential life experience at Converse.
Faculty are also sometimes involved in the residence halls.
The Converse residence halls are truly centers for living and
learning. Living on-campus adds much fun,
uniqueness, and excitement to your college
experience.
