Because Converse College is an all women’s
environment, leadership opportunities on campus
abound. However, Converse also offers several
special programs which serve to enhance these
opportunities and teach valuable leadership
skills.
Converse College leadership programs offer
a holistic approach to leadership training
that seeks to produce ethical and effective
women leaders, capable of affecting positive
changes on society.
Upon completion of the Converse leadership
programs, students instilled with the value of
the Founder’s Ideal to “see clearly,
decide wisely, and act justly” will have
access to all the resources, facilities, and
opportunities to take their place among
successful and influential people of today and
tomorrow.
