ERIC
The most comprehensive index to education-related documents. Includes citations and abstracts for journal articles going back to 1966. Also provides citations and abstracts of non-journal documents; and, for the years 1993 through 2004, the complete text of these documents.

InfoTrac
Covers academic journals, magazines, newspapers. Includes citations, some abstracts, some complete articles. Available to the Converse community both on and off campus. Contact a reference librarian for information on off-campus access.

ProQuest Education Journals
Covers over 500 magazines and journals in education. Provides citations and abstracts for all articles, as well as the complete text of articles from around 300 of the titles. Teacher Reference Center (TRC)
A free resource that indexes 250+ popular teaching-related trade journals. Provides citations and abstracts, but not complete articles.

Kids InfoBits
Kids InfoBits is a database developed especially for beginning researchers in Kindergarten through Grade 5. The curriculum-related, age appropriate, full-text content comes from elementary reference sources and magazines. Available to the Converse community both on and off campus. Primary Search
Primary Search provides the full text for nearly 70 popular magazines for elementary school research. Dating back to 1990, All full-text articles are assigned a reading level indicator (Lexile). Available to the Converse community both on and off campus. Contact a librarian for more information.

Junior Edition
Designed for students in junior high and middle school, this database includes full-text articles from magazines, newspapers, and reference books. Available to the Converse community both on and off campus. Contact a librarian for more information.

MAS Ultra
Designed specifically for high school libraries, this resource provides the complete text from nearly 600 popular general interest publications (plus indexing for over 650 additional titles). Every full text article is assigned a reading level indicator (Lexile). Available to the Converse community both on and off campus. Contact a librarian for more information.

SIRS Discoverer - For students from grades 1 through 9. Full-text articles selected from 1,600+ American and international magazines, newspapers, government publications, and reference sources. Reading levels assigned to all articles. Maps, pictures, photo essays, activities, biographies, country facts, and current events. Links to age-appropriate Web sites with reading level indicators.
