Question / Information Request Form

This service is available to Converse College’s students, faculty, and staff. (NOTE: We will gladly make an exception for unaffiliated users requesting information that would be found in materials unique to the Mickel Library.) We will make every effort to respond within two business days (excluding weekends and holidays). If you need immediate assistance, please stop by or call the Reference Desk at 864 596 9076.

The kinds of questions we can answer via email:
• Brief factual questions
• Questions about the Mickel Library’s collections or services
• Questions about relevant resources for starting research on a particular topic

The kinds of questions we can’t answer via email:
• Questions involving in-depth analysis
• Questions that require us to interpret information for you
• Questions about the holdings in the college’s Archives and Special Collections department
