Converse offers a liberal arts education that provides the skills for a student to pursue any career path. The Office of Career Services assists Converse students and alumnae in learning how to complete a job search. It offers a myriad of career- related services including individualized counseling and workshops to enhance resume writing and interviewing skills.

Also, the Office of Career Services draws from resources such as The Converse Alumnae Network, a Converse Career Resource Library, and a Converse Employment Listing Service to aid students and graduates in their job search.
